The Ohio Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) Program is a highly successful two-year program dedicated to enhancing statewide agricultural leadership. As part of The Ohio State University, leaders explore issues concerning food, agriculture and the environment as well as rural America and the consuming public. Awareness is also built about state and international issues and the impact these issues have on communities. Upon graduation, participants are empowered to become leaders on a civic and political level as well as within their respective organizational affiliates.
